Dr. Khalsa is an expert consultant and leader in Breath Science, Meditation, and Kriya yoga. He wrote and created the Breath Walk program “Breathwalk: Breathing Your Way to a Revitalized Body, Mind and Spirit,” “The Mind, Its Projections and Multiple Facets,” “The 21 Stages of Meditation” and co-edited “The Psychospiritual Clinician’s Handbook: Alternative Methods.”

His expertise as a breath scientist maps the use and effect of breath on our cognitive and physical health. He bridges traditional wisdom with evidence-based science. His undergraduate studies at Claremont Colleges were in mathematics, physics, and psychology. He is an affiliated scholar with Chapman University and the Institute of Quantum Studies.

He guides individuals to craft their own experiences, awareness and growth to be who you truly are. He brings joy, aliveness, and clarity to his presentations. He loves nature and making a difference in the world.
